14 Day Returns and Exchange Policy

Our 14 day returns and exchange policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in the original condition within 14 days of the date of receipt.

CD's and DVD's should be unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap unbroken; shoes and clothes should be unworn.

When an item is returned we guarantee to exchange it or give you a full refund on the price you paid.

In the event of an exchange, you will be charged an additional £3.50 to cover the cost of shipping.

How To Return Your Item

Your item should be protectively wrapped and returned to the address on the original package together with a covering letter explaining why you would like to exchange or refund it. Once your return has been posted you should email returns@salsachillout.com advising us that it is on its way.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage nor can we be responsible for anything that fails to arrive. For this reason we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

Please note that all products need to be shipped to an address in the UK, except Werner Kern shoes which need to be shipped to Germany, and Portdance which needs to be shipped to Portugal.
